I Dreamed a Dream
It is now official: I have seen every musical currently running on Broadway.
If it weren’t for the strike I would have made it to all the plays too. But this is pretty good.

Show Off
Do you ever feel secretly good about yourself when people misuse words and you completely notice it but don’t point it out?
In a random group of people this evening, a new acquaintance of mine said something to the effect of, “I looked in the mirror and, I don’t want to sound cynical, but I looked really good.”
Of course, the word he was looking for was “conceited.” But I refrained from displaying my enviable linguistic intelligence. I’m just classy like that.
There’s some sort of humanitarian award for me in there somewhere.
Right?
So I like theater, film and pretty much just writing in general. I also like lame jokes. If none of these things interest you, you are probably much cooler than me.
